1. Order Cancellation

• You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
• Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

2. How to Cancel

• We will confirm whether the cancellation is possible.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

• If the order is successfully cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
• If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and you may follow our Return Policy to return the item.

4. Non-Cancellable Items

• Customized or personalized orders may not be cancellable once production has started.
