1. Eligibility for Refund
- Refunds are available only if the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or not as described.
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Customized or personalized items are not eligible for refunds unless defective.
- Items damaged due to improper use or wear and tear are not refundable.
3. Refund Process

- After approval, return instructions will be provided.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
4. Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please request a refund and place a new order.
